About Us Our company offers auction, appraisal and real estate services to buyers and sellers throughout central Ohio and statewide. We specialize in the sale and appraisal of antiques, collectibles, real estate, commercial assets and other property.
Our Old Mill
Our office is located just a few miles east of Columbus, Ohio, in an historic Licking County mill within the bucolic hamlet of Outville. Our old mill, the "Outville Hay & Grain Company, opened for business in 1921 alongside the Pennsylvania and Baltimore & Ohio Railroads, and ceased milling operations in 1982. We purchased and restored the building in the mid 1990's. The historic building's original facade and exterior graphics were revived, and the offices outfitted with antique furnishings. This venerable old landmark has now resumed its role of commercial prominence. "The Help" tells about our company, our associates and what we do. Agent email addresses are on this page.
